We will provide a refund or send a replacement product at no extra cost in the following cases:

    • If the product arrives broken, damaged, or defective in any way, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement.

    • Evidence required: clear photos or videos showing the damage.

  2. Incorrect or Missing Products

    • If you receive the wrong item, the wrong size, or the wrong color, we will send the correct item or refund your payment.

    • If part of your order is missing, we will ship the missing items or issue a partial refund.

  3. Order Lost in Transit

    • If your order does not arrive within the guaranteed delivery window, you are entitled to a full refund.

    • For most orders, the maximum delivery window is 60 days from shipment.

  4. Cancellations Before Fulfillment

    • If you cancel your order before it has been processed and shipped, we will issue a full refund immediately.


โŒ Situations Not Eligible for Refund or Return

To remain fair and consistent, refunds or returns cannot be provided in the following cases:

  • The shipping address provided was incorrect or incomplete.

  • Delays caused by customs clearance, strikes, or extreme logistics disruptions that are still within the estimated timeframe.

  • The order was delivered successfully, but you changed your mind afterward.

  • The wrong size, color, or product variant was chosen during checkout.

  • Requests made outside of the claim window (30 days from delivery or 60 days from shipment if not delivered).


Claim Timeframes

  • Damaged / Defective / Wrong Item โ†’ Claim must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Lost in Transit โ†’ Claim must be submitted within 60 days from the date of shipment.
